The Value Innovations Process helped us to identify the specific individuals within the target customers’ organization who are our Most Important Customers (MIC’s) and to focus on developing compelling value propositions that meet their articulated and unarticulated requirements.
We implemented the Value Innovation Process (VIP) across multifunctional product development teams. The use of the VIP allowed these teams to develop a common language, and deeper, richer insights into the customers’ requirements that resulted in a tighter alignment on the customers’ needs and faster product definition.
