At 3:00pm on Christmas Eve, the BBC broadcasts the Festival of Lessons and Carols from Kings College, Cambridge. Sixty years ago, the broadcast was just heard in the UK.  Today, it’s broadcast live in the US by NPR (National Public Radio) and then at 3:00pm the recording is aired.

Just listened to the 2014 edition and found out the “Festival of Lessons and Carols” was first delivered in 1918 and first broadcast by the BBC in 1928.

For us at Value Innovations, it captures the very essence of Christmas.
