The Second Step of the Value Innovation Process(R) calls for defining the Value Chain or Value Web and identifying the Most Important Customer.
When we looked at Christmas, we found the 3 Questions didn’t work.
Holly_141221We determined the Most Important Customers are Children and there are at least six Key Influencers.  The best tool to use in this case is the Value web.  Let’s take a look.

On the third day of Christmas we developed a Value Curve

We’ll share that with you on December 23rd.  The Value Curve clearly shows what the Key Influencers must do to deliver a “Great Christmas.”
